Ann Budd will show you how to get better at measuring gauge so this doesn’t happen again. Few of us enjoy knitting gauge swatches. However, a gauge swatch is a key to having a sweater (or anything that needs to “fit”) end up the correct size. All too often knitters find themselves with a sweater that’s either too big or too small. In this one-hour lecture-style class, Ann will demonstrate the proper way to knit a gauge swatch, block that swatch, and steps necessary to measure it properly so that there will be no surprises in the size of the resulting sweater.
