On Sunday, June 14, we and several other yarn shops will join Ann

Budd in raising funds for Alzheimer’s research

by participating in the 2026 “Do What You Love” (formerly “The

Longest Day”) campaign, sponsored

by the Alzheimer’s Association.

Ann has designed another beautiful Fading Memories Cowl 2026, specifically for this event, and is donating $5 from every pattern sale to the cause.

You can buy the knitting pattern on Ravelry HERE. The crochet version is available HERE.

We’ve asked Wonderland Yarns to custom-dye some of their Bitty Bloom Cakes for this event. We’ll donate 15% of the sales to Ann’s campaign. There are 5 color options, and our limited supply is available in the shop or through our website HERE.

You’re invited to join in free stitch-a-longs, complete with prizes and hosted by six of Ann’s favorite yarn shops. You can find the link for the entire day of Zoom sessions on her fundraiser page (scroll down to “Come and Join My Event”).
