The goal of the class is to show knitters how to customize patterns and create their own designs, working with such considerations as color, shape, yarn type, and pattern. In the end, you&#8217;ll have the confidence to go off-road on your knitting path.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Class 1) Shape &#8211; we will knit mini samples of a few basic shapes;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Class 2) Color theory &#8211; how color works in shawls; <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Class 3) Stitch patterns &#8211; how to fit stitch patterns into a shape, incorporating new stitches into your pattern;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Class 4) Going rogue\u00a0 &#8211; breaking the rules we\u2019ve talked about, and doing something completely unique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Supplies and materials:<\/strong> Yarn requirements will vary, depending on the size of your shawl, and the weight of your chosen yarn.
