Yarn-Crossed Lovers: A Beginner’s Guide to Intarsia with Bristol Ivy

From 11 am until 1 pm

At Zoom Meeting

$45 + materials

Intarsia often conjures up images of voluminous ‘80s sweaters covered in puppies, lambs, and Laura Ashley florals. But the technique itself is super easy, very fun, and lends itself incredibly well to modern, linear, and graphic shapes. In this class, we’ll learn how to work Intarsia flat, how to create shapes, and how to use increases and decreases to make Intarsia look even better. Participants should bring two colors of yarn in a similar weight; cast on 24 sts in one of the colors with appropriate needles, and knit in stockinette stitch for one inch. End ready to work a RS row. Do not cast off.

    Hi Blythe,
If you try to register again, it should work now.

Something wonky happened when I registered for Ivy’s class. It didn’t take me to the screen to enter my credit card & it won’t let me back into to do that – says I’m already registered… ??
